Lil Yacthy is an artist who is a rapper, singer, and artist. The rapper is known for his hit song "One Night". Miles Parks McCollum is his real name. He's also known as Nautica Boat Boy, Lil Boat and King Boat. Two mixtapes, "Summer Songs 2" and "Lil Boat" led him to become a household name. This wasn't his first attempt to sing. The first recognition came in August of 2015 with his two singles "One Night" and "Minnesota'. Both of them were released as part of the debut EP (Extended Play) known as 'Summer Song'. He currently has music labels such as 'Capital Records, 'Quality Control Music' and 'Motown Records to his name. Yachty has collaborated with famous rappers like 'D.R.A.M' and "Chance The Rapper" among others. Yachty's official website features his merchandise. Lil Yatchy was a student at Pebblebrook High School and was employed at McDonald's. There he met fellow aspiring rappers. Yachty joined Alabama State University as a graduate student, but was dismissed after two months. Right from his growing up period, Yachty was inspired by the music that was distinct and a departure from the norms. His father was an outstanding example of this, sharing with him a variety of styles of music during his childhood. In 2015, he opted for the name "Yachty" to relocate from Atlanta to New York. He wanted to succeed in the world. He moved to New York with a friend and began searching for ways to break into the music industry. Meanwhile, he networked with street fashion stars online and built a hefty following on Instagram. He also teamed up with Burberry Perry, who is a producer and beatmaker. Later, he joined forces with his primary collaborator K$upreme. The group is referred to as 'The Saling Team' and worked in Lil Yachty's home studio. Drake's OVO Sound Radio airing of his hit song 'Minnesota ' was the first time he had a major hit. His track "1Night" was Lil Yachty's first major success. The video of the track was uploaded on the internet and soon became a sensation. He was the center of the media's spotlight when his SoundCloud version of "One Night" was used in a viral meme.
