Big Time Rush

Big Time Rush is an American pop boy band was formed in the year 2009. The group is made up of Kendall Schmidt and James Maslow and also Logan Henderson and Carlos PenaVega. They first signed with Nick Records in 2009. Then, Columbia Records transferred them to their new label. The group was a part of Nickelodeon's television series of the same name, Big Time Rush. From November 28, 2009 to July 25, 2013, the show was on air. The pilot episode included "Big Time Rush" The group's initial promotional single. Three studio albums were released by the group: BTR in 2010 and Elevate (2011) as well as 24/Seven (2013). In 2014, the group took a break that would last until 2021. They resumed live performances in the studio, and then came out with "Call It Like It's What It's Like". Nickelodeon has signed Big Time Rush to an album deal in the year 2009, simultaneously with its television series, Big Time Rush. Nickelodeon also joined forces with Columbia/Epic Label Group for production and music that is original. Their debut single, "Big Time Rush" was featured on the show on November 29th, 2009. Officially announced by Nickelodeon in November 2009, the series was broadcast for the first time in the American market. It then debuted internationally. It premiered during a special preview of the show. It is currently the show’s opening theme. Promo singles, such as "City is Ours", "Any Kind of Guy" as well as others were released in the course of the series. Big Time Rush also covered a Play song called "Famous". The song debuted on iTunes on June 29 2010. Another track, "Halfway There", was released to iTunes on April 27, 2010, after its premiere on the series. The song was quickly the first charting song on Billboard Hot 100. Due to sales on digital platforms it climbed to number 93. On September 21 in 2010, Big Time Rush released second single "Till I Forget About You" in order to announce the release of their debut album. On the 11th of October, 2010 the album, dubbed BTR it was released to the public. The album debuted at number three on the Billboard 200. It sold 67,000 copies within its first week.
